How Nerimat collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how GNG Brands LLC d/b/a Nerimat (“Nerimat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit nerimat.com, place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with our brand.

On our store, these technologies may include Shopify cookies, the Meta Pixel, Klaviyo web tracking tools, and consent-management tools such as Consentmo. 9. Sale / Sharing Statement
Nerimat does not sell personal information for money and does not sell consumer health data.
If our use of advertising or analytics tools, including tools such as the Meta Pixel, is ever considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under a state privacy law that applies to us, you may request to opt out by emailing hello@nerimat.com. We may also provide browser-based cookie or privacy controls, including controls made available through a consent-management platform such as Consentmo.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including order fulfillment, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, warranty, returns, and legal compliance.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, system, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
