1. 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Nerimat offers a 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases. The 100-day period begins on the date the carrier shows your order as delivered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email hello@nerimat.com within 100 days of delivery and include your order number and a short explanation of the issue. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

2. Return Authorization Required

Do not send a return without prior written authorization from Nerimat. Returns sent without authorization, sent to the wrong address, or refused by the carrier may be delayed, rejected, or refunded only after any actual losses, return fees, or handling costs are assessed.

Our U.S. mailing address is not a return-processing address. Approved returns will be directed to the specific return address provided by our support team, which may be outside the United States, including China.

3. Condition of Returned Products

To remain eligible for a refund under the 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee, returned products must be returned in reasonably clean and hygienic condition and must not be intentionally damaged, altered, or excessively worn beyond ordinary trial use.

We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund if returned items are incomplete, contain missing parts, are unsanitary, or show misuse, abuse, or damage not caused by normal evaluation of the product.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including carrier surcharges, customs forms, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and international return shipping charges associated with the return.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nerimat.com and include clear photos and your order number. We may offer a replacement, reshipment, partial refund, full refund, or other appropriate remedy at our discretion and as required by law.

For some damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims, we may not require a physical return before issuing a remedy.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-returnable unless required by law or unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • gift cards;
  • free promotional items or bonus items;
  • items returned after the 100-day period;
  • items materially damaged by misuse, improper care, or intentional abuse.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.

8. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise required by law. Please allow up to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

9. Shipping Fees and Other Charges

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees that were paid to third parties are generally non-refundable by Nerimat unless we explicitly collected those amounts and applicable law requires reimbursement.

10. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, we ask that you contact us at hello@nerimat.com before initiating a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to resolve the issue quickly. This does not limit any legal rights you may have with your card issuer or payment provider.

11. How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@nerimat.com within 100 days of delivery.
  2. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return.
  3. If requested, provide photos of the product and packaging.
  4. Wait for written approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.
  5. Ship the approved return using a trackable shipping method and keep proof of shipment.
