Shipping Policy
Shipping estimates, processing, delays, customs, and delivery issues for Nerimat orders.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received and fraud checks are completed. During periods of elevated demand or supplier backlog, processing may take longer. Orders are generally not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
For most orders shipped to U.S. addresses, the typical transit estimate after dispatch is approximately 6–10 business days. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
During periods of unusually high order volume, supplier backlog, production constraints, customs processing, carrier disruption, weather events, or public holidays, dispatch or delivery may take longer than estimated. Stating an estimated transit window does not mean every order will arrive within that exact period.
Total delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, weather, carrier capacity, high-order periods, public holidays, force majeure events, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Important Delay Notice
If we advertise or communicate a shipping timeframe and later determine that we cannot ship within that timeframe, we may contact you with a revised shipping estimate, the option to consent to a delay, or the option to cancel for a refund for any unshipped merchandise, as required by applicable law.
4. Shipping Origin and Split Shipments
To support fulfillment efficiency, some orders may ship from supplier or logistics facilities located outside the United States. In some cases, orders may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.
5. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees assessed by customs authorities or carriers. Unless we clearly state at checkout that such charges are prepaid by us, these amounts are your responsibility.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or extra charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed, we may deduct our actual shipping, return, or handling costs from any refund to the extent permitted by law.
7. Order Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide it by email or through your shipping confirmation. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, lost, or misdelivered, contact us at hello@nerimat.com and include your order number. We may ask you to wait a reasonable period while the carrier completes tracking updates or an investigation.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, claims for theft or loss after delivery may require you to contact the carrier, your building manager, or local authorities, but we will reasonably assist where possible.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We may limit or decline shipments to certain locations, addresses, or customers if required by law, carrier restrictions, sanctions rules, fraud concerns, or operational constraints.
