Terms governing the use of the Nerimat website, products, and services.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nerimat website located at nerimat.com, any related webpages, and any purchase of products sold by GNG Brands LLC d/b/a Nerimat (“Nerimat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence to use this website or place an order. By using the website, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Products and Website Information
We try to present our products, descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current at all times. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may update or change information without prior notice.
Product use results vary from person to person. Any comfort or wellness-related statements are intended only to describe general consumer experience and should not be interpreted as medical claims or guarantees.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or shipping limitations. If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including shipping charges, taxes, and any other disclosed fees.
Depending on destination and customs rules, orders may also be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges assessed by customs authorities or carriers. Unless we expressly state at checkout that such amounts are prepaid by us, those amounts are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Our products may be shipped from outside the United States. Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Returns, Refunds, and 100-Day Guarantee
Your purchase may be covered by our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee and our Return & Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms and explains eligibility, return timing, refund processing, and when returns must be sent to a return address in China.
7. Wellness and Medical Disclaimer
Nerimat products are sold for general wellness, relaxation, and comfort purposes only. They are not medical devices and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, have an injury, have neuropathy or reduced skin sensitivity, use blood thinners, or are otherwise unsure whether the product is appropriate for you.
8. Prohibited Uses

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, products, and all related content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nerimat and its officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the website or purchase or use of our products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the website, your order, or our products will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nerimat and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Informal Resolution First. Before either party files a claim in court or arbitration, that party must send the other party a written notice describing the dispute and the requested relief. Notices to Nerimat must be sent to: GNG Brands LLC, 30 N Gould St ste n, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, with a copy by email to hello@nerimat.com. The parties will attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration. Except for matters that may be brought in small claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any product sold by Nerimat shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as modified by these Terms. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
Location and Format. Arbitration may be conducted by video, telephone, documents-only submission, or in the county where you reside, if required by the AAA rules or applicable law. Each party retains the right to seek relief in small claims court for eligible claims.
No Class Actions. You and Nerimat agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general proceeding, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Exceptions. Either party may seek provisional or injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement, misuse of confidential information, or other claims where arbitration is not legally available.
Severability. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request for relief shall proceed in court and not in arbitration. If any other part of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute between you and Nerimat shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policy expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nerimat regarding the website and your purchase.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the website. The updated Terms become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
